    Wrong size cinch was sent. The seller was a nightmare to deal with. Wouldn’t give me her return address and now her webpage is offline. She literally had one thing to do, send the right size cinch, and didn’t. No communication, no accountability, extremely unprofessional. Stay far away from this seller. I have been on eBay for YEARS and this is my first negative review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.

    Customer has contacted through Facebook, through my website, and through Ebay. I requested the customer to get a shipping cost for the cinch to be returned so that I could send reimbursement. I also requested communication be through Ebay so that there is a log of what is happening. I'm still waiting for the return shipping amount so that I can refund the entire purchase. No communication has been sent requesting return shipping address. Last communication was her horse was at the vet.
