The box arrived quickly, well packed. The box and all the packing materials had an overwhelming, nauseating
odor. After a week it is dissipating. I am going to try Febreeze in the box.
Also, there is a flaw on the box-are these seconds? I couldn't see it in the listing photos-a tiny black spot.
One more-I couldn't tell in the photos, showing the dark velvet on the inside of the box, that this is a RING box. No mention was made of this in the listing.

Hi, Yes I noticed the odor also, I apologize, it may have been sitting somewhere for a while is what I thought. I am sorry if you are unsatisfied you may return for a full refund! As pictured very clearly was a ring box, not to say that other pieces couldn't be put in there for safekeeping. Also the Listing clearly showed that the item is Handcrafted , the disclaimer card states artisan crafted. No it was not a second hand box.
Again I apologize you may return for a refund.
