I can’t quite get my head around how someone is stupid enough to put a fragile glass lamp shade into a flimsy plastic bag and post it. How can they not expect negative feedback when it arrives smashed to smithereens? I didn’t spend much money but I work too hard to waste my money donating it to the irresponsible fools who run this business.
