By this I mean suitable for the dismantle and re-engineering I knew I would have to do. The basic design and so forth is fine and this is cheaper than engineering that from scratch. But all fittings need replacing, the motor and gear box is dreadful, it needs proper water proofing and so on. If you are buying this to use as sold then you will very likely be disappointed. Eg photo of some of the gears in the reduction gearbox with teeth missing
