They refunded the purchase price as broken in under 30 days for full refund. Processor was a bottleneck for the system, Dont buy a computer that uses DDR3 and old processors with under 3.0Mhz speed. Core count doesnt matter as much as the speed does. The cores are only opened for use as needed by the computer. So it usually only uses 4 cores or less.
