It was obviously NOT used for long periods in a commercial fitness center or hotel. That said, it did arrive with cosmetic dings, scratches and some minor rust on unit. We cleaned it up, lubricated the tracks and placed it in our home fitness area. So far, the unit works very well. Provides a very good workout and will likely last many years.
