    Initially ordered a 11 speed e11 EPT chain. After receiving a USED 10 speed e10 KMC chain in a 11 speed box I immediately reached out to the seller. They were fairly quick to respond but it took 2 weeks to receive a replacement which was a new SUMC 11 speed e11 chain but no where did the package say it was a EPT type chain. Will never deal with this seller again.
