The part was able to bolt on nicely, but the supports did not line up with the rubber grommets

Hang the exhaust brackets on the rubber hangers first than proceed with flange bolts. When you tighten the flange bolts first will caused the exhaust binding and not able to hang the exhaust bracket back on rubber hangers.
