Just received it, was a little sceptical at first since whats the chance of getting a disassembled ps3 that was barely used and had no work done on it, but I was wrong! I added CFW to it and checked the syscon, believe it or not it said that it has been powered on only 22 times!And its not like you can replace a syscon! BUT you MUST replace the thermal paste or your ps3 will probably die, I measured the ps3 temp and the cell was 76°c but I turned on auto fan on webamn and never went over 68
