    I spent over $1300 for this machine and over $300 in tariffs. The machine was so poorly packaged it got extremely damaged. I really needed this for my business and I tried to work with them on a partial refund or getting parts. I purchased it July 17th and communication was so bad I wouldn't hear from them for weeks. I'd follow up and then get no response again. Now they want to refund me $200 because the UPS claim is too late. Because of their poor response times the loss is on me.
