I normally never give negative feedback but this seller was not professional. I made a mistake and owned up to it. I bought a second monitor to replace the one I screwed up. Attempted to purchase another $260 worth of merchandise but he blocked me from communicating with him and from making any further purchases for no good reason. I was a good seller on eBay for many years and I never would have treated a customer like this. BEWARE, NO RETURNS so if you get junk you are stuck with it.
