Doll was wrapped loosely in bubble wrap & plastic bags, lots of open space; no adequate protection around the fragile arms, so they arrived broken & loose in box. An arm piece + the boa was missing, I'm assuming they slipped out an opening in transit. Package DID have fragile written on side & with a red sticker on top. Pre-buying, seller responded to a question within 24 hrs.
