It's a unique ring with the design flaw. The side stones are sitting lower than the ring itself so it scrapes the finger when you were it. If they can raise it a bit higher or make the ring cover the side stones completely, than it would be better. As is, it's scratching my finger every time. It's not unwearable but not comfortably. The number of side stones are 12 total. The description seem like there are 12 of each but it's either 12 of 1.5mm or 12 of 1.3mm or mix to total of 12.
