Soft and spongy earbuds does not hurt ears. And the color is bright so it is easy to find. Would be 5 stars if it had a box and a carrying case. I reccomend it.

They were fairly quick to respond but it took 2 weeks to receive a replacement which was a new SUMC 11 speed e11 chain but no where did the package say it was a EPT type chain. Will never deal with this seller again.
