    Seller never shipped and has been silent for over a month. Tried to resolve this by contacting the seller directly several times. Seller responded once in early April that they would ship in a day or two. After that nothing. Opened a complaint with eBay, no response from the seller. Never had an experience like this or left negative feedback in all my time on eBay, since March 1999.

    I dropped the ball on this and the buyer contacted eBay with a complaint. When I realized several weeks later what I had done, I contacted the buyer and sent him the product along with several extra tubes that were free. Neither of us knew how to erase the bad feedback so I told him to just leave it and I would deal with it.
