    When my package arrived a day early, I was happy. When I opened the box, I found more than enough packing material inside to keep it safe. I pulled it out and there were no breaks anywhere. If this was in the listing, I don't remember it but the power cord and console cable were in the box. The configuration was not erased, but it was easy enough to erase the password to login. I copied the configuration for reference and set to factory default. Bonus, it has security plus license. Very pleased.
