    The item received was in great working condition, and my daughter loves it for her camera! Only issue was that the listing purchased showed a case in the photographs, and the flash was delivered with no case. When I reached out to the seller, they told me they would send me the missing case, but would block me for being a dishonest customer?! They also said they never updated the listing to remove the case, but they obviously did. Incredibly disrespectful, just glad we got what we purchased.

    I have blocked this buyer. He copied a picture from another ad here and said it was a picture of my product. He is lying. I never have a separate picture of a case in my flash pictures. He doesn't want to buy a flash case. He is a dishonest customer.
