The wire grommet is very rigid therefore is it hard to get through the body feeder hole and is even harder to get it seated in the final destination hole. Other than that the Mirror matches the look of the original, other than the color, and the mechanics work as they should. Overall it appears to be a quality product that just needs some modifications in future product.
