    Made a large purchase on Aug 3. No movement on order until Aug 9 when the seller printed the UPS label but had not provided to UPS. Aug 12 I reached out to seller and he called it "strange". Shortly after my message, he provided order to UPS. Claimed it was because of "holiday" on Aug 4. When order arrived on Aug 14, 3 books were missing from order and seller ignored me until I opened a case with eBay. Seller could have had long term business with me but clearly doesn't value customer service

    FACT CHECK: Item was dropped off first day after the long weekend (5th) buyer blames me for it not being scanned in by the carrier. I even went to the carrier and checked for him. They could see it was on the way, but they didn't know why it didn't show online. Arrived safely and early. Buyer still not happy, i blocked the buyer from future purchase, NOthing was ignored, a refund was provided for the error.
