The item arrived damaged and the seller does not guarantee his work and he does not respond and when I tried to get my money back, I got penalized 25% for a defective item. I would not recommend this seller at all.

This order was cancelled and never even shipped so how can this be? Oh yeah, tried to order same item again to misuse return policy then buyer created new account to buy because of getting blocked. Buyer previously returned an item past 30 day mark claiming it fell apart when they got it. Why wait 30+ days to return if it arrived damaged/defective? I reluctantly accepted a return that I had no obligation to do so after 30+ days and it has bit be in the butt. Now I get two negatives.
