I sent the message of me asking them to make this right as my child is very disappointed and this is the 3RD time I have ordered and they still can't get the color correct.     This feedback is misleading and false. Buyer claimed to have ordered “3 times,” but actually only placed 2 orders. Our listing clearly states “Assorted Colors – Random based on availability.” The buyer ignored this both times and demanded a specific color after the item was already shipped. No proof or follow-up message was ever sent to “make it right,” as claimed. Calling us “rude” and threatening with the BBB over a random color choice is unfair and completely dishonest.
