If you are not concerned of such things, it fit well (for the price), and was relatively easy to install. Looked good, was (apparently) all new in construction. One of the hangers needed to be tweaked to line up with factory location. If you need OE quality, perhaps go another way.

- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseCame within the shipping time, the main flange gasket was damaged, dented and bent. It does fit a 2008 Acura MDX 3.7L. What I don't like is the outlet flange holes are large enough for a 5/8" bolt and you are supplied 3/8" bolts instead of the cat having studs. You have to be very careful to align the gasket before you tighten because if it is not centered the gasket can cover part of the return hole causing a restriction and burning the gasket so you can get an exhaust leak. The O2 sensor hole
