He immediately jumped to a return claim the very MOMENT that he opened the package. He claimed this $9 laptop charger arrived damaged, and demanded a full refund right out of the gate. He also threatened to leave bad feedback. So under duress of the red donut, we accepted the return. This clown then sends back a perfectly functional charger, all because of a minor cosmetic flaw which did not affect functionality. He hands negative feedback like trick-or-treat candy. AVOID!!!
