I had to dissemble the entire unit and bend the base support sections back into alignment with the coil body then anchor them in place with sheet metal screws. It also Had a cracked plastic discharge grill on top that needs glued. I was already inclined to find issues like this however, because I confided in him about my HVAC experience. We get treated like this a lot in the public sector and your methodology
