    Ebay tracking es... said delivered, but it was never delivered to me. for other mails that did not get scanned as delivered, they delivered it. ebay tracking for mail is just not reliable. USPS deny they have any control over ebay tracking as it is not manually sorted or scanned by them but through machine, and ebay tracking does not work with their system to track. I did not received this item, seller refund me, if it ever showed up I would be glad to pay the seller again. Not seller's fault

    the card showed up in the mail over a week after it was marked as delivered and I report it was missing. Tracking for this item makes no sense. I have messaged seller so I can pay for this item again. Hopefully seller will respond soon.
