    Very poor customer service was rude to me when I asked for some instructions. bulbs just come in a clear bag altogether very unprofessional I was at least expecting it to come in a box with some form of paperwork which is what it appears to on the advertisement. The sellers response to me was very rude and sarcastic stating that there is also a car in the picture which is not included in the price I think this is quite obvious. Very rude, didn't get any instructions

Our bulb kit is plug & play and extremely easy to fit, which is why detailed instructions are not always necessary. However, we’re always happy to assist with fitting advice if needed.     Thought I'd upgrade my interior lights in my Saab. Lightec uk had a full kit for all my interior lights at a good price. I asked them a question through Ebay, and they replied very quickly, so I ordered them on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday and well packaged. Would definitely use Lightec again for any vehicle lighting needs.
