    Item received was not item pictured. Item received has a different baseplate than photo (and the original fuser assembly this unit was meant to replace). Thankfully, the "internal" parts of the fuser assembly were directly compatible with the baseplate of the old unit. This essentially doubled the replacement time needed for this unit, but all parts did work perfectly after swapping out the baseplate.
