    as I said when i reached out to you a few days ago with no reply, I am sorry for your experience. All Scale parts are shipped in 32 ECT boxes which means that they can withstand 32 pounds of force. I cannot help how USPS plays football with certain packages. I did offer a replacement but never heard back from you. But you do what you think is best. I hope you find what you are looking for. as you can see from reviews this is not a typical situation

    The idem that I received is not the one in the picture that was shown. It was supposed to be a N scale semi truck and trailer. What I received was not N scale, it was bigger. Not anything like the picture. The truck I received is the white one along side a red semi truck that is N scale. Big difference.

    Sorry you didn't read the description with the measurements for the truck or look at the pictures for the listing. I do accept returns and did offer to make the size you wanted since what you wanted was different than want was listed, pictured and shipped. But all you kept saying was 160 scale as if all trucks are the same size. I hope you find what you are looking for.
