    Not as described and sales person very un professional and disrespectful in the way they talk and message people, but I did make a mistake and ordered a dell skin cover but my laptop is a lenovo, I told them to keep the money they need it more then me due to the way they expressed themselves with me the customer.

    You started a return by threatening us to refund your mistake or you would leave negative feedback, which you were going to anyway. When we pointed out and proved you received exactly what was ordered, you became angry even though we will gladly accept your return or swap items, as we are always happy to help! This resulted in us reporting your behavior to eBay. After that you waited a week until outside operation hours to leave this feedback. You have been blocked from future purchases.
