I have to be honest, a little disappointed that the buyer did not give me an opportunity to respond to their request before posting this comment. The matter was resolved satisfactorily within 48 hours or less, prior to me being aware of this feedback. The item was brand new, obviously the only way to have seen the issue would have been to try them on - which of course means they could not be sold. If I had been aware of the issue I would not have listed them.
