Not 4k and the video image splits in to 1/2 or 1/4 blocks of the screen, see pic. And the picture is extremely noisy. Stabilisation does nothing so the image shakes a lot zoomed in. Does allow you to see in the dark, but just don't bother recording video or a picture.
