it took the seller a long time to ship my item to me something about the wrong address I don't know what the issue was but anyway as far as the item itself it is real leather not pleather like the original one but unlike the original you are going to have to modify it to get it to fit properly. for the price they could have sewn a lip on the bottom part so you can tuck it up under the bracket it attaches to like the factory one
