The C clips deform, they do not equally tension on the shaft…etc DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU’RE PREPARED TO UPGRADE IT OUT OF THE BOX, at that point you’re in it so deep you could have bought a better set. ELGIN is a USA co. These are MADE IN CHINA.
