Item looked good, cosmetically, but had the dreaded E9 error code that indicates a bad sensor, so the condenser wouldn't ever kick on. Seller was responsive with initial contact and offered exchange or refund. I elected exchange and returned item with seller's RMA label. A week or so went by and after a couple messages asking about the status of the RMA, seller elected to just refund instead.
