The y-axis only works one way and that is the oposit of home position. It started when it just stopped in the middle of a engrave. It sounded like the motor was fighting it self. Some say faulty stepper motor others motherboard issues. What do we do. Expected it to work longer than 7days.

I had some issues with this unit and I found him to be polite, quick to answer questions, knowledgably and a pleasure to work with. I received this shipment very fast. the packaging was extremely well made. The machine is well built with excellent quality materials. You need to have some skill in assembling it as the manual is not very good. It does not state how much tension you should put on the belt or which size up it should go ect.
