I would suggest doing a reset on the device (Press Red Button on the side) to erase any previous settings. In my case I could not set up the device after connecting to my wifi. Also you have to pair the remote to the device. Get really close, press the back and fast forward buttons at the same time.

Virtualization was not enabled on the bios by default. The legacy bios was enabled and setup to use a network boot. Thankfully it was an HP and I was able to use their utility instead of flashing the bios.
