    Glass dome had multiple deep scratches and an air bubble that were not disclosed by seller. Seller acknowledged that she failed to inspect item as promised prior to shipment. Seller refused to pay the $29.49 FedEx return packaging packing fee stating that eBay doesn't 'require' her to. She only provided a FedEx return label. Seller misrepresented the condition of the item and made promise she did not keep. Buyer beware!!! Sellers are not held responsible for there actions on eBay. Goodbye eBay!
