At the end of my install, I destroyed the smaller cable that connects to the screen. I didn't rout cables properly causing nearly all of the wires to dislodge from the connector. The seller didn't hesitate to offer solutions; finally, he sent me a new cable with really good instructions reference any questions I had. The seller was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about his product. Excellent exchange with the seller.
