Shipping time was good. Did arrive with a warp. With some heat and hope, was able to get it on. Wouldn't recommend for someone without any body work experience though. Even if it wasn't warped, it still wouldn't be a simple install as some of the mounting points did not line up and you must provide your own mounting hardware. Basically, what you would expect at this price point.
