    Arrived in two days, which was great. Laptop exactly as described, a couple of small marks here and there, but all working great in the three hours I ve been using it. Note - the Office 2019 package that s included requires a work login, it won t accept a personal login. Oly 3 stars for comms, sent two messages through, nothing back.

    NOT Satisfactory whatsoever!! Very disappointed unfortunately. I had to email a couple of times to get any response on a very late delivery, only to find out the laptop wasn't even being sent due to it being broken, waited to be repaired. Waited again, had to email again to find out what was going on, only to be told they had cancelled the order and weren't sending it at all due to me saying I wasn't happy... personally I would look elsewhere!!... 48 hrs delivery took 2 weeks for nothing!!
