Ordered a “new” motorcycle rim, brought my bike into the the shop and they got the old rim off and installed the new one only tell me it’s bent and unusable. Left the shop with no bike, $120 bill for nothing and 2 unusable bent rims

Unfortunately this is how they come from Razor. Because they are slow speed kids bikes, they are never perfectly round. If you want them to be you can correct with a spoke wrench, just like on a bicycle. Razor doesn't tune them perfect, because its not necessary for a 15mph machine. As a side note, all products are new, direct from Razor. There is no where to get "used" electric scooter parts that we know of.
