Item faulty, seller failed to supply a QR code for attached return label, they later gave a QR but didn't correspond with the original return label, so there would be no proof of eBay system of the return if I send the graphics card back. All in all a mess. I don't recommend this seller as if you get faulty goods the return counts for nothing. As it is, I am stuck with a faulty graphics card and no way of getting a refund.
