It was advertised as open box with all accessories included but was missing several of them. No paper manual, no warranty booklet, no screws, no washers, no plastic covers for the water ports, and the card was in a mangled plastic bag and it had scratches on it. It definitely didn't look like it was just an open box. Please perform better due diligence in the future.
