My review is on the product. It’s no good it’s not really 20% why I say this. Because I buy 14% in the states and it works really good but I wanted to try the 20%. And what a joke. So it does not make sense that this has a higher dosage of medication and it does not work I would not buy nor recommend this product obviously not quality not real 20% azelic acid

I regret to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. If you refer to the information leaflet accompanying the product (provided by the manufacturer), it does indeed state that the active ingredients are 20% azelaic acid. Ego Pharmaceuticals is also an established Australian-owned company with extensive background in skincare. It is also important to note different skin types have different needs and will respond to products differently.

Contacted seller and it took two months for this product to arrive. I am so disappointed in the lack of help I was provided. All that the seller provided me with was a tracking number that had stopped tracking for weeks and was told package lost. eBay had to refund me. Do not bother. After two months it came damaged in a very very small box . Would never buy from them again

The item was shipped internationally via eBay's official courier, but the courier regrettably faced significant delays with deliveries during the Christmas season. In response to the buyer's case, we issued a refund as a goodwill gesture. We did not receive updates on the product's receipt or any damage from the buyer post-refund. If necessary, the product can be returned to us.
