I tried to say that he would need my ebay number to identify me but he spoke over me repeatedly saying "model number, model number, model number!" It was demeaning. Customer service skills were poor. The company did send another one but that person needs to improve. He is the one that sent non-functioning equipment, not me. I will not buy from them again.
