Item listed as shipped (free shipping), 10 days later I received a message saying that shipping would be an additional cost and would I accept; I agreed and told them to proceed, the next day they cancelled the order saying that they didn't have the requested product (which remains available for order on their store), they cancelled the order, processed a refund and listed the cancellation as "buyer requested".
