He used an oversized box to ship the Funko and zero protective material(no packing peanuts or bubble wrap) so the item had plenty of space to get tossed around during transit, causing damage that was certainly avoidable. After contacting the seller and explaining this issue, I was completely ignored, not a single reply. I will never do business again with this unprofessional seller.
