This is consistent with its size; a 20W panel is twice as big as this one. Also the controller is unlikely to handle 60 amps but is more than adequate for a 10W panel. The supplied cables are 20AWG, good for 5 amps or so. Installation using the controller requires additional wiring and some limited DIY electrical work.
