This did not fix my No Video issue, The hard drive was good ( Tested in Another Console) The HDMI port was undamaged. After we received the console back it still had a lot of dust inside, Couldn't tell if the chip was replaced, but the seal was removed from the case. At this point its a dead console.

Is not " NEW" is only repair broken one must send them broken one. And will not refund money unless the part is no repairable.

This listing is for a repair service and is clearly marked so throughout the listing and in the listing picture. We don't sell anything new. How this customer got things mixed up is beyond me. We do not offer refunds "after" we receive the board since we have to pay return shipping and have likely begun work on it already unless it cannot be repaired. A refund was offered to this customer, but he chose to open a case with his financial institution instead. Ultimately, they received their refund.
