This sale was for extra payment for a repair that I sent in. I am fine with the extra charge that was no issue. The timeline was unprofessional and unacceptable. The repair was paid for on February 10. I received it back March 12. Had he stated he was not going to even look at it until 3 weeks after he received it I would not have sent it. This didn't take anywhere close to a month. That's ridiculous. What did happen was the shipment got stuck in USPS and took longer to locate and get delivered. The buyer had to pay extra because he sent the entire laptop that required teardown instead of just the board. I've done a favor for anyone offering this kind of service considering this buyer is done purchasing them.

The timeline was over a month to get the repair done. In my opinion that is totally unacceptable. I lost a good customer over this month long fiasco. I had to comp the customer the entire $300 job after this delay. My customer was irate and made it quite clear. Tracking said it would be here yesterday. Still no sign of the package. Definitely nowhere close to a month. He likely lost a customer because he charged over 3 times the amount that the repair actually cost him. I would say that the customer deserved a refund, and I would be irate over the price alone.
